Mrs. Sandy has successfully led the Change Management activities for several enterprise systems. Under her leadership, the Prosci's ADKAR Model for change was adopted and implemented (See link below). She successfully distributed a Readiness Assessment Survey to evaluate the preparedness of the user-base for the change, which informed the drafting of the overall change strategy for the project. She managed all communication across multiple levels and divisions of stakeholders within the enterprise, effectively conveying the mission, vision, and benefits of the change. Additionally, she compiled and analyzed the survey results to ensure that appropriate actions are taken to enhance the effectiveness of Change Management. Because of this effort she became a vital part of the Enterprise Organization Change Management branch to ensure governance policies were user-friendly and enforceable.
