Mrs. Sandy prefers to design software using a modular architecture approach to effectively manage technical complexity. She has led the implementation of comprehensive full-stack solution encompassing the user-facing front end, server, database, business logic, and back end. Over the past 20 years, her initiatives typically aimed to replace a core mission essential, complex system, that is running several versions behind, at EOL or is posing significant security vulnerabilities. Mrs. Sandy is specifically selected by the executive leadership team to oversee many of these types of efforts, due to her experience managing cross-functional teams. She is accustomed to handling the complexed, phased process of planning, configuration and deployment of an Enterprise system comprised of five to eight modules, integrating with internal and external systems into a unified application, each functioning independently connected via APIs. These technologies include H/R (PeopleSoft), Financial Enterprise (Oracle Financials), Time & Attendance, and Procurement systems.
