S & S offers the resources to lead the new implementation of any enterprise level application/system due her expertise in managing technically complex programs, platforms, and product lines using Agile/Scrum methodology and the SAFe framework. The investment level for leading such programs range from 25M to 120M, 4 to 6 years in duration. Mrs. Sandy has strong knowledge working with APIs and building integrations with Open source, PaaS, SaaS and partnering products such as Appian, Salesforce, AWS, ServiceNow and SharePoint (Power Apps). She will address key problem areas from the legacy system by using qualitative and quantitative methods to develop plans and processes to achieve program goals that directly support the business lifecycle of the proposed system. The lifecycle refers to the entire process where technology is poised to automate for the business representatives, supporting customers comprised of 300 to 3,000 cross-functional end-users, and outsourced contractors.
